What is the ‘5 Week Fitness Kickstart’?

Is it time to put yourself first and prioritise your health? Get ready to change your life.
We want you to look and feel amazing, to have fun and to make new friends!

We cater to all fitness levels, everyone is welcome.
Whether you’re bored with your regular gym, or have never stepped foot in a gym, we adjust the workouts to your current level.

Our CrossFit training is in small groups and we combine the best of functional fitness with HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength movements and cardio training to get you results.

Kickstart Commitment:

3 functional fitness sessions per week for 5 weeks to help strengthen your body, reduce stress, boost energy levels & reduce your body fat percentage.

Inclusions:

  • A Certified Coach for every session to keep you motivated & supported.
  • A training program that gives you variety, fun & results.
  • Small group training so you can enjoy working out with new friends.
  • Nutrition guidance to help fast track your results.

Bonus Sessions:

→ Weekly Sunday 10am open gym for stretch and mobility sessions to optimise recovery.

→ 1 x 30min PT & Assessment Session with Head Coach: includes movement and body analysis, and mobility/flexibility assessment.

That’s up to 20 sessions over 5 weeks for only $249 ($12.45 a session) plus a bonus 30 minute PT & Assessment Session with our Head Coach.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No, but you do need to start to get fit. We cater to all levels. You can be new to fitness or an avid exerciser. All workouts can be matched to your current ability and our coaches are there to guide you every step of the way.

Will I lose weight?

We take a holistic approach to health combining exercise with good nutrition, hydration, rest & recovery. Our coaches are there to help you reach your goals and if weight loss is one of them we can help you get on track.

I’m female – Will I get bulky?

No, unlike bodybuilders who train their muscles in isolation, we train using high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements. CrossFit helps you to reach your body’s optimal blueprint. We can help you build strength, burn fat, and increase cardio capacity.

I’m male - Can you help me build lean muscle mass?

Building lean muscle mass requires a focus on proper nutrition to support your training schedule. Our coaching team can guide you through the best approach towards our programming, load and recovery to support your goal.
